REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only in cases where a service completely fails to deliver and cannot be resolved or retried. Each case is reviewed individually by the Rexobhai support team. Eligible refunds are credited as REXO PANEL balance — not returned to your UPI account. This policy exists to prevent fraudulent refund abuse.

The following situations are strictly non-refundable:

• ✕ Orders that have begun processing (even partially)
• ✕ Services marked 'No Refill' after delivery has started
• ✕ Orders placed with incorrect links, usernames, or targets provided by the user
• ✕ Change of mind or regret after placing the order
• ✕ Partial delivery where service has delivered a significant portion
• ✕ Services affected by external platform algorithm changes (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• ✕ Accounts under investigation or flagged for policy violations

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. 01.Contact @Rexobhai on Telegram with your registered email
2. 02.Provide your Order ID and/or payment reference (UTR)
3. 03.Describe the issue clearly — attach screenshots if possible
4. 04.Wait for the support team to review your request (within 48 hours)
5. 05.If approved, balance will be credited to your account within 24 hours

⏰ All refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of placing the order. Requests outside this window will not be accepted.

All refunds are credited exclusively as REXO PANEL account balance. We do not reverse funds to your UPI account or bank. Balance credits have no expiry and can be used for any future orders on the platform. Our decision on refund eligibility is final. By using REXO SMM PANEL, you agree to this refund framework in its entirety.
