PRIVACY POLICY

When you register or use REXO SMM PANEL, we collect: your username, email address, encrypted password hash, order history, payment records (UTR references for fraud prevention), IP addresses, and anonymised usage statistics. We do not collect or store your UPI credentials, bank account details, or payment app passwords.

Your data is used exclusively to: process your SMM orders and payments, verify your identity and prevent account fraud, send important service notifications, calculate and distribute referral commissions, and improve the platform's performance and reliability. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for advertising.

All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes — never as plaintext. Payment records (UTR numbers) are logged solely for fraud detection and never shared externally. We deploy anti-DDoS protection, rate limiting, and continuous security monitoring on all platform infrastructure.

Under the Rexobhai Privacy Framework, you have the right to:

REXO PANEL uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that identify individuals. Aggregate platform analytics (page views, order counts) are collected anonymously to monitor system health. You may clear cookies at any time without losing account data.

The platform operates on the Internet Computer blockchain infrastructure. Order fulfilment is facilitated via Telegram (@Rexobhai). UPI payments are processed through your own banking application — REXO PANEL never intercepts your banking credentials. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) that deliver the SMM services.

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Order and payment records are kept for 2 years for legal and accounting compliance. After account deletion, anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely. IP logs are purged after 90 days unless required for active fraud investigations.
